Yes you need to be home:

• If screens are removable from the inside

• Interior glass furniture, wall mirrors, and bathroom mirror cleaning

• If you request an exterior and interior window surface clean

Not necessary to be home:

• Exterior window cleaning only and screens are removed from the window prior to our arrival or screens are able to be removed from the outside.

• Gutter cleaning

A: Please make sure we can have access to an outside working water faucet. If you use well water, have low water pressure, or no working exterior faucet, please inform us ASAP to accommodate for the job. Also, clear any obstacles from windows, such as furniture or plants or breakables on window sills. We just need to have access to the glass. 

A: Yes, we offer discounts for bundling services, a neighbor discount, as well as First Responder/Military discounts. Please note that First Responder/Military discount is only available for only active and retired military personnel, police, firefighter, and EMT/Paramedics.
